When you contact us
If you send the contact form, we receive your name, the contact details you give and your message. We use them only to answer you and to arrange your campaign, and delete them when they are no longer needed. If you message us on WhatsApp or follow our Instagram link, you use those services under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores one thing in your browser: your choice in the privacy banner, so you are not asked again. Analytics and marketing tools stay off unless you accept them; at the moment the site uses none.
Map and videos
The map on the home page is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to send the map images. If a YouTube video is shown, it plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Security
Like any website, our server briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the contact form from repeated submissions.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Albania.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Privacy settings" at the bottom of every page.
